FAQ'S
For this trip, we recommend buying a round trip ticket from Santiago de Chile or Buenos Aires.
Book int'l flights separate from South American flights. (Note this requires self transfer for luggage!) Use LATAM for flights from Santiago to Puerto Montt, Chile. Use Aerolineas Argetinas or Jet Smart for flights from El Calafate to Buenos Aires. Be aware Buenos Aires has two airports Aeroparque (AEP) and Ezeiza (EZE). If you need to travel from one to another, be aware this is self transfer and that you need to take your luggage - consider at least 4 hours for the transfer to be safe.
This is your vacation! If you want to take a break for a day or two, then by all means do it. While we’ll follow the group plan, it’s totally fine if you want to skip a run or take an evening to yourself, as long as it doesn’t affect transportation or other group plans. If runs ever seem like a lot, feel free to take a day off.
Our goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience on the trails, whatever that means for you.
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with some advance notice.
Please fill out your traveler information when you register so that we can make plans successfully.
While we cannot guarantee full accommodations, we'll always try our best!
Laundry is not included in our Banff Long weekend trip.
However, you can ask our hotel front desk for their laundry service. Please note this would be under your own expense. Our days start between 6:30-7:00 am for breakfast before we head out to run the trails. Expect to have a few hours of free time each afternoon, usually before dinner, plus some time to wander around Banff.
Our goal is to have enough adventure to fill your days without feeling rushed from location to location.
